Jeremy Ashburn: Hey guys, I’m Jeremy Ashburn and I’ve got Bret Wooten with me. Today we’re just answering some of the questions that clients ask him throughout the year. Bret is with Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaners and they’re local Asheville and surrounding area carpet cleaners. One of the questions that clients ask you guys would be, “Is your cleaning non-toxic?”

Bret Wooten: Oh absolutely. We’re not going to be bringing any harsh chemicals into your home like some other systems out there. The cleaners that we use are doctor and vet recommended and in the 10 years that I’ve been working with the company, I’ve not had any complaints. I actually did have one complaint. A woman called and said her dog got sick after we had left and I don’t know why I asked it, but I asked if she had changed the dog’s food just recently. She said she had, so I told her, I said, “Change his food back and give me a call back if there’s still a problem and we’ll do what we can to take care of it.”

She never called back so I assume everything went well with that. That was about the only complaint I’ve seen in 10 years as far as any toxicity or any reactions to any of the cleaners we use. We just don’t have them.

Jeremy Ashburn: The cleaners are safe for kids, for family, for any kind of pets?

Bret Wooten: Absolutely. Nothing that’s going to give anybody a reaction, as far as I know in the last 10 years.
