Jeremy Ashburn: Hey, guys. I’m Jeremy Ashburn and I’ve got Brett Wooten. Hey, Brett. How you doing?

Brett Wooten: Good, good.

Jeremy Ashburn: He’s with Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaners so they’re local carpet cleaners in the Asheville area, and I’ve used them a number of times. One of the things that we’re doing right now is just asking questions that clients usually ask you guys throughout the year. If I get my carpet cleaned today, how long does it normally take for my carpet to dry?

Brett Wooten: Actually, this is a low-moisture application. It dries fairly quickly. Usually, in most cases, it dries in about an hour. There are some variables if, for example, if we do an extra treatment like a pretreater, an enzyme, deodorizer, disinfectant, things like that. It may take a little longer to dry but certainly not overnight like some other systems. Usually, maybe at most, probably about a couple hours in most cases.
