Heaven's Best of Western North Carolina is family-owned and operated by Bret Wooton, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on carpet and floor cleaning experience to homes and businesses throughout the Asheville area.
After spending 10 years working within the Heaven’s Best system before becoming an owner himself, Bret built our company around detailed work, honest communication, and giving customers more personal attention than they typically expect from a cleaning company. We intentionally avoid overbooking so every customer receives the time, care, and quality service they deserve, often limiting our schedule to just 1 to 3 jobs per day. Caleb, Bret’s grandson, also works alongside our team and represents the next generation of Heaven’s Best service in Western North Carolina, while Christopher helps continue our focus on professionalism and customer care. Outside of work, Bret enjoys spending time sailing with his wife and kids whenever possible.

Heaven’s Best began in Rexburg, Idaho in 1983 when founder Cody Howard wanted to create a better carpet cleaning method that did not leave carpets soaking wet for hours.
